The Municipality of Balamban, known to be a place where skillful shipbuilders and repairers reside, has two districts. One of these is Balamban District I, which is composed of 12 elementary schools where most of these skilled workers and other professionals who are successful in their respective endeavors were molded to become productive individuals....
This is presently headed by the DIstrict OIC, MRS. LUZVIMINDA C. BORGONIA, the wife of the former Schools Division Superintendent of Cebu Province, who is now the Assistant Regional Director, Dir. III Recaredo G. Borgonia. She is also the principal of Balamban Central Elementary School.
The 12 schools with the respective school heads are Balamban Central Elementary School - Mrs. Luzviminda C. Borgonia; Nangka Elementary School - Mrs. Vincee N. Ybañez; Jose Chona Jo Elementary School - Mrs. Arsenia Calvo; Vito Elementary School -
